Issuing the Regulation on the Organization of Sculpture Creation Camps

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Fine Arts, Photography, and Exhibition Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Regulation on the Organization of Sculpture Creation Camps; the application form for obtaining permission to organize a Sculpture Creation Camp (Form No. 1), and the permit for organizing a Sculpture Creation Camp (Form No. 2).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Fine Arts, Photography, and Exhibition Department, Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture, Sports, and Tourism under the Central Government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
