Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Government Inspector General;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision are the "Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organization and operation of the Cadre Organization Department".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 1585/2008/QD-TTCP dated August 6, 2008 of the General Inspector on the Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organization and operation of the Cadre Organization Department.
Article 3. The Government Inspectorate Office Director, the Organization and Cadres Department Director, and the heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
