THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2011/ND-CP dated October 26, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of decrees on agriculture; Circular No. 69/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding certain contents of the Regulation on Management of Investment Construction of Forestry Works issued together with Decision No. 73/2010/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2010 of the Prime Minister; Circular No. 78/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 11, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the implementation of Decree No. 117/CP; Circular No. 80/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 23, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the method for determining payment for forest environmental services.
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced along with this Decision: 26 new administrative procedures issued; 20 administrative procedures amended and supplemented within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (details of the names and contents of the administrative procedures are attached as an appendix).
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Forest Management Department, the Heads of all Departments, Bureaus, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
