THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Circular No. 841/BNV-VPCP dated March 27, 2007 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of competition and reward activities in 2007 of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the contributions of collectives and individuals under the National Archives and Records Management Department to the cause of building and developing the archives and records management sector;
Considering the proposal of the National Archives and Records Management Department and the recommendation of the Ministry of Home Affairs' Competition and Reward Council,
DECISION:
Article 1. Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Home Affairs to 26 units under the National Archives and Records Management Department "for their many achievements in contributing to the cause of building and developing the national archives and records management sector"with a cash reward of 600,000 VND (with attached list).
Article 2. Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Home Affairs to 92 individuals under the National Archives and Records Management Department "for their many achievements in contributing to the cause of building and developing the national archives and records management sector"with a cash reward of 300,000 VND (with attached list).
Article 3. The cash rewards will be sourced from the budget for awards of the Department.
Article 4. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the National Archives and Records Management Department, and the collectives and individuals named in Articles 1 and 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
