Regarding the publication of the list and quantity of ships built domestically in 2001

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Regulations on Responsibilities and Forms of Handling for Organizations and Individuals when Violating Management and Operation of Road Traffic Load Control Stations for Motor Vehicles."
Pursuant to item 3, Article 5 of Decree No. 99/1998/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 1998 of the Government on the management of ship purchase and sale;
Pursuant to Decision No. 117/2000/QĐ-TTg dated October 10, 2000 of the Prime Minister on certain policies and financial mechanisms for shipbuilding projects of the Vietnamese shipbuilding industry.
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department - Transport and the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby publishes with this decision the list and quantity of types of ships built domestically in 2001. Types of ships not included in this publication are permitted to be imported in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. When there are changes in demand and actual growth in the development of the Vietnamese ship fleet and the capacity of new ship construction at shipbuilding industrial facilities, the Ministry of Transport will publish additional or adjusted lists and quantities of ships built domestically in 2001.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Heads of the Ministry's Office and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
