OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 9065/TC/VP DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 2001
REGARDING CORRECTION OF CIRCULAR NO. 70/2001/TT-BTC
RESPECTED: - Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and central government agencies
- People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities
- Central bodies of social organizations
The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 70/2001/TT-BTC dated August 24, 2001, guiding the financial management regime for non-repayable aid funds. During printing, this circular contained several errors that need to be corrected. Specifically as follows:
On Page 9, Line 4 of Section 4.6.1, it was printed "... at Point 4 Subsection E Part II...", now we request correction to read "... at Subsection D Part II..."
On Page 11, Line 15 (counting from the bottom), it was printed "... Circular No. 42 TC/QLCS dated July 31, 1996..." now we request correction to read "... Circular No. 43 TC/QLCS dated July 31, 1996..."
The Ministry of Finance sincerely apologizes for the above errors and requests that agencies assist in making corrections to implement them.
