Regarding the approval of the Program for Reforming the Work on Drafting, Issuing, and Improving the Quality of Regulatory Legal Documents

On the basis of Decision No. 136/2001/QD-TTg dated September 17, 2001 of the Government Chairman on approving the overall program for administrative reform in the state sector for the period 2001-2010;

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the Minister, Head of the Government Office,

Approve the Program for Reforming the Work on Drafting, Issuing, and Improving the Quality of Regulatory Legal Documents.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Ministry of Justice and the Government Office shall take the lead and coordinate with ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Councils, and municipal People's Committees under direct central jurisdiction to implement the assigned projects within the Program.

Article 2. The Minister of Justice, the Minister, Head of the Government Office, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, and chairpersons of provincial People's Councils and municipal People's Committees under direct central jurisdiction are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Minister of Justice, the Ministers, the Head of the Government Office, the Ministers of departments at the level of ministries, the Heads of government agencies, and the Chairpersons of the People's Councils and People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
