REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF THE NGHE AN TOBACCO FACTORY An
TO BE A SUBSIDIARY ENTERPRISE UNDER THE KHANH HAI VIETNAM CORPORATION.
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
WHEREAS Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;năm 1995 của Chính phủ về chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và tổ chức bộ máy Bộ Công nghiệp; chức - cán bộ,
WHEREAS Decree No. 76/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 22, 2001 of the Government on tobacco production and trading activities;
WHEREAS Circular No. 371/CP-ĐMDN dated April 3, 2003 of the Government regarding the Khanh Hai Vietnam Corporation's reception of the two Tobacco Factories of Nghe An and Phu Yen;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF DEPARTMENT, An
DECISION:
Article 1. The Nghe An Tobacco Factory is transferred to be a subsidiary enterprise under the Khanh Hai Vietnam Corporation in Khanh Hoa Province.
Article 2The Khanh Hai Vietnam Corporation is tasked with organizing the reception of the Nghe An Tobacco Factory in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the State.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the Board of Directors of the Khanh Hai Vietnam Corporation, and the Director of the Nghe An Tobacco Factory are responsible for implementing this Decision.
