DECREE
APPROVING THE NUMBER AND LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED
IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL
OF BAC NINH PROVINCE FOR THE 2004-2009 TERM
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE BAC NINH PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AND THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR,
DECREE
Article 1. APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 13 (THIRTEEN) ELECTION UNITS, 50 (FIFTY) MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCE BAC NINH PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, AND THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE BAC NINH PEOPLE'S COUNCIL FOR THE 2004-2009 TERM (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE BAC NINH PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE BAC NINH PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, AND THE MINISTER AND HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT'S OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
