DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Issuing the Operation and Regulation Procedure for
the Eakao Water Reservoir in Dak Lak Province
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON the Law on Water Resources No. 08/1998/QH10;
BASED ON the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
AT THE PROPOSAL of the Director of the Irrigation Department and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO this Decision is the Operation and Regulation Procedure for the Eakao Water Reservoir in Dak Lak Province.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
