Pursuant to Decision No. 91/2007/QĐ-BNN of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the list of veterinary drugs, vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals permitted to circulate in Vietnam for the second round in 2007 is hereby issued. The Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.

BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE ON APRIL 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE AND THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DIVISION,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION:
THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM PHASE II 2007.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DIVISION, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
