THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Law 2001;

Pursuant to the Regulation on Management of Plant Protection Chemicals issued together with Decree No. 58/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government.

At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Sample "Import Permit for Plant Protection Chemicals" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

The Sample Import Permit for Plant Protection Chemicals issued together with Decision No. 63/2007/QĐ-BNN dated July 2, 2007 on amending and supplementing certain articles of the Regulation on Management of Plant Protection Chemicals issued together with Decision No. 89/2006/QĐ-BNN dated October 2, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Plant Protection Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, central cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
