DECREE
NO. 91/SL DATED AUGUST 2, 1949
PRESIDENT
VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to the decree of May 3, 1946 organizing common ministries;
Pursuant to the decree of April 13, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
Pursuant to the decree No. 104 dated June 11, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Ung as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation;
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Works and Transportation;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1- Mr. Vu The Linh is appointed as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, replacing Mr. Nguyen Ung who has been assigned to another position.
Article 2- The Minister of Public Works and Transportation shall implement this decree./.
