DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the implementation of the sea allowance system
for Fisheries Protection Inspectors and Fisheries Surveillance Officers
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Protection and Development of Fishery Resources dated April 25, 1989, and the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Fisheries Protection Inspection issued together with Decision No. 415/TTg dated August 10, 1994 of the Prime Minister;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily stipulating the new salary system for civil servants, administrative and public service officials, and armed forces personnel;
At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board, and the Minister of Fisheries,
DECISION:
Article 1. The sea allowance for Fisheries Protection Inspectors, Fisheries Surveillance Officers, and officers and crew members assigned to work on Fisheries Protection Inspection vessels (referred to as fisheries surveillance vessels) is VND 15,000 per person per actual day at sea.
Article 2. The Minister, Head of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board, Minister of Finance, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and Minister of Fisheries shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 1998.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
