Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Labor Code dated March 26, 1994;

After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Health in Circular No. 6195/VS dated July 29, 1996.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached herewith is the provisional list: "Occupations and Tasks Particularly Arduous, Hazardous, and Dangerous" and "Occupations and Tasks Arduous, Hazardous, and Dangerous."

Article 2. Workers engaged in the occupations and tasks mentioned in Article 1 shall be entitled to labor protection, wage, and social insurance regimes as prescribed in the Labor Code and guiding documents.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
