THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1565/QD-BNN-TCLB dated July 8, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development approving the Scheme for Restructuring the Forestry Sector;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Action Plan to Increase the Value Added of Wood Products Through Processing for the Period 2014-2020 attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Forest Management总局，属于该部的各相关单位负责人，各省、直辖市农业和农村发展厅厅长负责执行本决定。/。
