THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
- Based on Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Based on the Ordinance on Product Quality dated December 24, 1999;
- Based on the Regulation on the establishment, review, and issuance of industry standards issued together with Decision No. 135/1999/QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 1, 1999;
- In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality;

Article 1. Now hereby issuing along with this decision the industry standard "14TCN 100-2001-Monitoring Equipment for Waterworks Clusters - Main Provisions on Design Layout".
Article 2. These standards shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
