Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated August 16, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 148/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 13, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the main directions for developing the economy and society of the central coastal economic region until 2010 and vision until 2020;

Article 1. Establish the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province.
Article 2The Operating Regulations for the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
