THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON THE LAW ON DYKE MANAGEMENT ON NOVEMBER 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION AND CONTROL AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED ON AUGUST 24, 2000;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DYKE MANAGEMENT AND FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION AND CONTROL.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT, ISSUE AND ISSUANCE OF LICENSE PLATES FOR VEHICLES PERMITTED TO TRAVEL ON DYES; INSPECTION VEHICLES; GUARD VEHICLES; AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES FOR FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION AND CONTROL".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE CONSTITUTED DOCUMENT AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NUMBER 731/QD-BNN-PCLB OF MARCH 18, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON MANAGEMENT, ISSUE AND ISSUANCE OF LICENSE PLATES FOR MECHANIZED VEHICLES PERMITTED TO TRAVEL ON DYES; EMERGENCY VEHICLES AND FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION VEHICLES.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DYKE MANAGEMENT AND FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION AND CONTROL, THE HEADS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
