Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Officials and Civil Servants dated November 13, 2008;
Based on the Inspection Law dated November 15, 2010;
At the proposal of the State Auditor General,
THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THE DECREE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CLAUSE 1 OF ARTICLE 16 OF DECREE NO. 97/2011/ND-CP OCTOBER 21, 2011 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON INSPECTORS AND ASSISTANT INSPECTORS.
ARTICLE 1. AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS CLAUSE 1 OF ARTICLE 16 OF DECREE NO. 97/2011/ND-CP OCTOBER 21, 2011 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON INSPECTORS AND ASSISTANT INSPECTORS AS FOLLOWS:
"1. INSPECTORS BELONGING TO STATE INSPECTION AUTHORITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH INSPECTION UNIFORMS, INCLUDING: WINTER SUITS, OVERCOATS, LONG-SLEEVE SHIRTS, SPRING AND SUMMER SUITS, HATS, LEATHER BELTS, LEATHER SHOES, BACKLESS SANDALS, SOCKS, TIES, RAINCOATS, DOCUMENT CASES, PIKE HATS, BADGES, EPAAULETTES, RANKS.
FOR SECTORS AND INDUSTRIES THAT REQUIRE SPECIALIZED INSPECTION UNIFORMS, THE MINISTER OR HEAD OF A MINISTRY EQUIVALENT TO A MINISTRY MANAGING SUCH SECTORS AND INDUSTRIES SHALL CONSULT WITH THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL TO ESTABLISH INSPECTION UNIFORMS FOR INSPECTORS OF INSPECTION AUTHORITIES IN THOSE SECTORS AND INDUSTRIES."
Article 2. Effectiveness and responsibility for implementation
1. This Decree takes effect from December 1, 2014.
2. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF MINISTRIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AUTHORITIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
