REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF MEMBERS TO THE NATIONAL CHILDREN'S PROTECTION AND CARE COMMITTEE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 362-HĐBT dated November 6, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the National Children's Protection and Care Committee;
Pursuant to the request letter No. 628-CP/TWĐTN dated October 28, 1992 of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union;
Pursuant to the request letter No. 547-UB/VP dated October 26, 1992 of the National Committee for Population and Family Planning.
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Supplement:
1. Comrade Ho Duc Viet, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, shall serve as Deputy Director of the National Children's Protection and Care Committee.
2. Comrade Nguyen Luc, Deputy Director of the National Committee for Population and Family Planning, shall serve as a member of the National Children's Protection and Care Committee.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Director and Head of the National Children's Protection and Care Committee; the Minister and Head of the Civil Service Organization and Cadre Department of the Government; the Minister and Head of the National Committee for Population and Family Planning; the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the comrades named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
