Supplementing the special allowance system for special professions for civil servants and employees in the Health sector

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government temporarily stipulating the new salary system for civil servants, administrative and public service officials, and armed forces personnel;

At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Organization-Cadre Department,

 

DECISION:

Article 1. Specifies the special allowance system for special professions for professional civil servants and employees working in the following specialties: leprosy, tuberculosis, mental health, pathology, forensic medicine, and disease prevention with the following rates:

- 20% of the salary grade level, applicable to civil servants and employees working in leprosy, mental health, pathology, forensic medicine, and tuberculosis specialties;

- 10% of the salary grade level, applicable to civil servants and employees working in the hygiene and disease prevention specialty.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 1997.

Article 3. The Minister, Head of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Department, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Minister of Finance, Minister of Health shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
