Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Central Steering Committee on Housing and Land Policy,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 347/TTg dated July 5, 1994 of the Government Prime Minister as follows:
Establishing the Central Steering Committee on Housing and Land Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Central Steering Committee) with the following composition:
1. Comrade Ngo Xuan Loc,
2. Comrade Nguyen Manh Kiem, Minister of Construction, Deputy Chairman;
3. Comrade Nguyen Tan Van, Deputy Minister of Construction, member;
4. Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Deputy Minister of Finance, member;
5. Comrade Tran Dinh Khien, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, member;
6. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hien, Deputy Minister of Justice, member.
7. Comrade Nguyen Trong Xuyen, Deputy Minister of National Defense, member;
8. Comrade Chu Van Thinh, Deputy Director General of the Land Administration General Department, member;
9. Comrade Le Van Tan, Deputy Director of the State Price Control Board, member;

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and members of the Central Steering Committee are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
