RESOLUTION
REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING STATE AUDIT TO 2020
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND THE LAW ON STATE AUDIT,
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 51/2001/QH10;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE STATE AUDITOR GENERAL,
ATTACHED HERETO IS THE RESOLUTION ON THE STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING STATE AUDIT TO 2020.
RESOLUTION:

Article 1. THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 19, 2010./.

Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from April 19, 2010./.
