Regarding the issuance of the list of code numbers for state agencies
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Public Official Department, Ministry of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby temporarily promulgates the list of code numbers for central and local state agencies as a basis for agencies and units issuing civil servant cards for use in managing the civil servant workforce when performing official duties.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of Provincial People's Councils directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
