DECISION
Regarding the approval of adjustments to the restructuring plan and corporate renewal for state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Trade
to reform state-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province
PRIME MINISTER
On the basis of the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries of state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the restructuring and reform plan for some companies directly under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province in 2005 as attached.
Article 2.
1. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province shall direct the implementation of the restructuring and reform of state-owned companies directly under the Committee in accordance with the approved content.
2. The Ministries of Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province in implementing the aforementioned plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province and heads of related agencies shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.

I. Companies to be listed:
1. Companies to be listed, with the State holding more than 50% of the charter capital:
- Water Supply and Drainage Company;
- Tay Ninh Sugar Corporation;
- Tay Ninh Tourism Company;
- Tay Ninh Rubber Company 1-5;
- Tay Ninh Industrial Zone Development Company.
2. Companies to be listed, with the State holding less than 50% of the charter capital or not holding shares;
Tay Ninh Import-Export Trading Company.
II. Companies to be converted into public service units
1. Tay Ninh Film Distribution and Projection Company;
2. Tay Ninh Vehicle Inspection Center.
