BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE PLANT PROTECTION AND QUARANTINE ORDINANCE, ANNOUNCED ON AUGUST 8, 2001;
BASED ON THE REGULATIONS ON PESTICIDE MANAGEMENT ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THE DECISION NO. 89/2006/QĐ-BNN OF OCTOBER 2, 2006, OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1: REGISTER TO SUPPLEMENT: 29 CASES (INCLUDING 12 INSECTICIDES, 15 FUNGICIDES, AND 2 HERBICIDES) INTO THE LIST OF PERMITTED PESTICIDES IN VIETNAM (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2: THE EXPORT AND IMPORT OF THE PESTICIDES ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECISION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS ON EXPORT AND IMPORT OF GOODS ANNEXED TO THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 12/2006/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 23, 2006.
Article 3: THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 4: THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY’S UNITS AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
