Decree-Law No. 93/SL on appointing certain individuals as members of the Administrative Committee and People's Council in the First Resistance Zone Committee (CKI)

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 93 DATED OCTOBER 3, 1947

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees and joint ministerial circular No. 6-NV/ct dated December 28, 1946 implementing that decree-law;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34/SL dated March 19, 1947 and Decree-Law No. 38/SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78-SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the composition of Anti-French Resistance Committees in Zones;

At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:

Article 1

Appointing the following individuals as administrative committee members and people's representatives on the Anti-French Resistance Committee Zone 1:

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thien, Administrative Committee Member.

Mr. Dinh Duc Thien, People's Representative

Mr. Bui Bao Van, People's Representative

Mr. Nguyen Huu Tao, People's Representative.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
