REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM DIRECTORATE
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 200/1998/QĐ-TTg dated October 14, 1998 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Government Administrative Reform Directorate;
At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs, a member of the Government Administrative Reform Directorate's Standing Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoints Mr. Ong Chu Luu, Minister of Justice, as a member of the Government Administrative Reform Directorate to replace Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loc who has been assigned other duties.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. Members of the Government Administrative Reform Directorate, Mr. Ong Chu Luu, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial people's committees under central cities have the responsibility to implement this Decision. /./
