Regarding the transfer of the Technical Workers' School for Medical Equipment Repair under the management of the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 153-CP dated October 5, 1961 of the Council of Ministers stipulating the tasks and powers of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 468-BYT/QĐ dated May 17, 1976 of the Ministry of Health stipulating that the Technical Workers' School for Medical Equipment Repair is a vocational school located adjacent to medical equipment repair enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 28-BYT/TT dated September 11, 1985 of the Ministry of Health guiding the organization and operation of the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Personnel Department, the General Director of the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1.- The Technical Workers' School for Medical Equipment Repair shall now be directly managed by the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction in all aspects.
The school has legal personality; it may open an account at the Bank and use its own seal for transactions.
Article 2.- The Technical Workers' School for Medical Equipment Repair has the following tasks:
a) Training and upgrading the skills of workers involved in repairing and maintaining medical equipment within the industry according to assigned targets and plans.
b) Organizing skill assessments, annual rank promotions, and issuing technical qualification certificates for workers repairing and maintaining medical equipment from various facilities.
c) Combining study with productive labor to contribute additional material wealth to the industry and society.
d) Proposing to higher authorities on the planning, upgrading, deployment, and effective utilization of the workforce engaged in repairing and maintaining medical equipment.
đ) Strictly managing students, staff, workers, materials, assets, funds... of the school in accordance with the regulations of vocational schools and state policies and systems issued within the scope of delegated authority.
Article 3.- The school's leadership consists of a Principal and one to two Deputy Principals to assist.
- To ensure training and upgrading quality, the school may rely on medical equipment repair enterprises and certain enterprises, companies, and hospitals meeting the necessary conditions for student internships.
- As for organizational structure, operational methods, and management mechanisms of the school, the General Director of the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction shall base these on current state regulations to establish and guide, and monitor the school's implementation.
Article 4.- Any previous provisions regarding the tasks, organization, and operations of the Technical Workers' School for Medical Equipment Repair as set forth in Decision No. 468-BYT/QĐ dated May 17, 1976 of the Ministry of Health, if inconsistent with this Decision, shall no longer be valid.
Article 5.- The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Cadre and Personnel Department, General Director of the General Corporation for Medical Equipment and Construction, and Heads of relevant Departments are responsible for implementing this Decision.
