Regarding the supplementation of funds to implement the system for village police
pursuant to Decree No. 40/1999/NĐ-CP of the Government
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 4948/TC-NSNN dated September 30, 1999,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplement 57 billion VND for provinces and centrally-administered cities from the central government's budget reserve for 1999, to be used for village police according to the provisions of Decree No. 40/1999/NĐ-CP of the Government dated June 23, 1999.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Minister of Finance, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
