THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Form Associations;
Pursuant to the Law on Physical Culture and Sports dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/ND-CP dated August 10, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 on organization, operation, and management of associations; and the Government's Decree No. 33/2012/ND-CP dated April 13, 2012 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Head of the Formation Promotion Board of the Vietnam Sport Fishing Association and the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Sport Fishing Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Sport Fishing Association is a social-professional organization operating and functioning according to the Statutes of the Vietnam Sport Fishing Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, complying with the provisions of the law, and subject to state management by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant ministries and agencies within the scope and field of activities of the Association.
The Vietnam Sport Fishing Association has legal personality, its own seal and separate bank account, self-finances its operations, premises, and equipment.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Formation Promotion Board of the Association, the President of the Vietnam Sport Fishing Association, the Director of the Department for Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
