Circular No. 9367 TC/PC Amending Decision No. 57/2004/QD-BTC dated June 28, 2004 on announcing the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2003 that have ceased to be legally effective.

• Departments of Finance, Taxation, Customs, State Treasury, and National Reserve in provinces and centrally governed cities.

Due to editorial errors, the Ministry of Finance hereby amends Decision No. 57/2004/QĐ-BTC dated June 28, 2004 on announcing the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2003 that have ceased to be effective (published in the Official Gazette No. 47 + 48 dated July 24, 2004, effective from August 8, 2004) as follows:

1. Delete the following points as specified in the List: Point 54 (Decision No. 164/2000/QĐ-BTC dated October 10, 2000), Point 115 (Decision No. 214/2003/QĐ-BTC dated December 18, 2003), and Point 121 (Decision No. 01/2000/QĐ-BVGCP dated January 5, 2000).

2. Amend the numbers of the following documents:

- At Point 63 as specified in the List, Decision No. 155/2001/QĐ-TCHQ shall now read as Decision No. 1551/2001/QĐ-TCHQ.

- At Point 114 as specified in the List, Decision No. 214/2003/QĐ-BTC shall now read as Decision No. 225/2003/QĐ-BTC.

The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies and units for their knowledge and implementation.
