ISSUING THE BID INVITATION DOCUMENT FOR PRELIMINARY SELECTION OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT PACKAGES

CWHEREAS, Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
WHEREAS, Article 67 and Clause 3 of Article 76 of Decree No. 58/2008/ND-CP dated May 5, 2008 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 61/2003/ND-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
BASED ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE BIDDING MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS THE "BID INVITATION DOCUMENT FOR PRELIMINARY SELECTION OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT PACKAGES".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 1591/2007/QD-BKH issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment on December 24, 2007.
Article 3. ALL MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS, OTHER CENTRAL ORGANIZATIONS, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS, AND ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS DECISION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
