MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on the organization of civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil enforcement officers;

Considering the proposal of the General Chief of Staff,

DECISION:

Article 1. Rename the Civil Enforcement Offices of Military Regions and Naval Zones to Civil Enforcement Agencies of Military Regions and Naval Zones.

The Civil Enforcement Agencies of Military Regions and Naval Zones shall perform their duties and powers as prescribed in Article 14 of Decree No. 50/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on the organization of civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil enforcement officers.

Article 2.

1. The organizational structure of the Civil Enforcement Agencies of Military Regions and Naval Zones includes: Director of Civil Enforcement, Deputy Director of Civil Enforcement, Reviewer, and other staff members.

The heads of the Civil Enforcement Agencies of Military Regions and Naval Zones are the Director of Civil Enforcement and the Deputy Director of Civil Enforcement of Military Regions and Naval Zones.

2. The specific staffing organization of the Civil Enforcement Agencies of Military Regions and Naval Zones shall be stipulated by the General Staff Headquarters.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 430/QĐ-TM dated June 16, 1993 on the establishment of Civil Enforcement Offices of Military Regions and Naval Zones issued by the General Chief of Staff.

The General Chief of Staff, the Director of the Political General Department, Commanders of Military Regions and Naval Zones, and Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
