DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

APPROVING THE ACTION PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT "GUIDELINES FOR ATTRACTING AND UTILIZING OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE DURING THE 2006-2010 PERIOD"

PRIME MINISTER

Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 131/2006/ND-CP dated November 9, 2006 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Management and Utilization of Official Development Assistance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 290/2006/QD-TTg dated December 29, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Guidelines for Attracting and Utilizing Official Development Assistance during the 2006-2010 Period";

Upon the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment.

DECISION:

Article 1. APPROVES THE ACTION PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT "GUIDELINES FOR ATTRACTING AND UTILIZING OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE DURING THE 2006-2010 PERIOD" (attached hereto).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Construction, and Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

The Minister of Planning and Investment shall be responsible for monitoring, urging, inspecting, and reporting on the implementation of this Decision.
