CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL STANDARD TCVN/QS 1822:2021 ON DIALECTIC MILITIA UNIFORMS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; amended and supplemented by Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2020/NĐ-CP dated June 30, 2020 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Dialectic Militia concerning organization and construction of forces and regulations for dialectic militia members;
Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Chief of General Staff;
The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to promulgate National Standard TCVN/QS 1822:2021 on Dialectic Militia Uniforms.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the following national standard in the field of military and defense:
TCVN/QS 1822:2021, Dialectic Militia Uniforms.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2021.
The Standard 1822:2014 on Dialectic Militia Uniforms issued by Decision No. 193/2014/TT-BQP dated December 26, 2014 of the Minister of National Defense is hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chief of General Staff, heads of central ministries and sectors, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, Commanders of Military Regions, Commander of the Vietnam Navy, Commander of the Hanoi Capital Military Command, Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Military Command, Chiefs of Provincial and Centrally-Run City Military Commands, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
