DECREE
No. 94 dated June 4, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 82 dated May 29, 1946 appointing Mr. Huynh Thuc Khang, Minister of the Interior Department, to handle the duties of Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during President Ho Chi Minh's visit to France;
Pursuant to Decree No. 93 dated June 4, 1946 appointing Mr. Chu Ba Phuong to the delegation visiting PARIS;
After the Council of Ministers has reached an agreement;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Tuong Long as advisor to the National Economy Department.
Article 2
The Minister of the National Economy Department is responsible for implementing this Decree.
