DECREE No. 94/SL ON THE APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL AND PEOPLE'S COUNCIL IN THE SECOND RESISTANCE ZONE COMMITTEE

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing the people's administration and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees and joint ministerial circular No. 6-NV/ct dated December 28, 1946 implementing that decree-law;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-NV/SL dated December 28, 1946 suspending elections for the People's Council and administrative committees;

Pursuant to Decree-Laws Nos. 34-SL dated March 19, 1947 and 38-SL dated March 28, 1947 amending Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78-SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the composition of Anti-French Resistance Committees;

At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW

Article 1

Appointing the following individuals as administrative committee members and people's representatives in the Anti-French Resistance Committee II:

Mr. Đặng Kim Giang, Administrative Committee Member

Bùi Kỷ, People's Representative

Trịnh Văn Tuất, People's Representative

Trần Quốc Hoàn, People's Representative.

Article 2

The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
