WHEREAS APPROVE THE QUANTITY OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DEPUTIES, 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province and the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approves the number of 85 (eighty-five) representatives of the Provincial People's Council, 36 (thirty-six) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected in each electoral unit for the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree.
