DECISION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT

 

6. AMEND CLAUSE 2 OF ARTICLE 19 AS FOLLOWS:

"MINISTRIES WITH SECTORAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY SHALL, BASED ON THEIR MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE USE AND MAINTENANCE OF INDIVIDUAL GOODS UNDER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY RANGE, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETAILED GUIDANCE ON LABELING OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL GOODS, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY SPECIFY IN DETAIL THE DISTINCTIVE INDIVIDUAL GOODS THAT NEED TO BE REDUCED IN TERMS OF: MANDATORY INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED ON THE LABEL; QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION COMPONENTS REQUIRED TO BE LISTED ON THE LABEL; KEY QUALITY STANDARDS DETERMINING THE USE VALUE AND SAFETY; PRODUCTION DATE, SHELF LIFE, EXPIRATION DATE; USAGE AND STORAGE GUIDELINES FOR THE GOODS, AND PUBLICIZE THESE TO SERVE AS A BASIS FOR IMPLEMENTATION AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE MINISTRY OF TRADE."

ARTICLE 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

ARTICLE 3. THE MINISTER OF TRADE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING AND PROMOTING FUNCTIONAL ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION.

MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS, CHAIRS OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
