THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 82/2006/ND-CP dated August 10, 2006 of the Government on the management of export, import, re-export, entry from sea, transit, breeding, growth, and artificial cultivation activities of endangered wild flora and fauna species;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2006/ND-CP dated June 30, 2006 of the Government on the management of endangered forest plants and animals;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Protection Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Management Regulation for Farmed Bears is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision replaces Decision No. 47/2006/QD-BNN dated June 6, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Management Regulation for Farmed Bears. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government; Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development; Chiefs of Forest Protection Sub-departments and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
