DECREE
No. 95 dated June 4, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 82 dated May 29, 1946 appointing Mr. Huỳnh Thúc Kháng to handle the duties of Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam when President Hồ Chí Minh is in France;
In response to the proposal of the Military Committee Chair;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Now appoints Mr. Khuất Duy Tiến, Mr. Phan Mỹ, and Mr. Kiều Công Cung to the Ceasefire Research Committee.
Mr. Khuất Duy Tiến shall serve as Chairman of this Committee.
