On the basis of Decision No. 1565/QD-BNN-TCLN dated July 8, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development approving the Reorganization Scheme for the Forestry Sector;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
This Decision promulgates the Action Plan for Developing the Wood Market and Wood Products for the Period 2014-2020.
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Forest Management总局，加工农林水产品和盐业局局长，各部委有关单位负责人，各省、自治区直辖市农业和农村发展厅负责执行本决定。/。
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3.
