DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

On the establishment of Gia Định Private University of Technology - Information

PRIME MINISTER

Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the planning of the network of universities and colleges for the period 2001-2010;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 5543/TTr-BGD&ĐT dated June 4, 2007 on the establishment of Gia Định Private University of Technology - Information,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the establishment of Gia Định Private University of Technology - Information.

Article 2. Gia Định Private University of Technology - Information is an institution of higher education with legal personality, having its own seal and separate account.

Article 3. Gia Định Private University of Technology - Information operates in accordance with the Regulations on the organization and operation of private universities issued together with Decision No. 14/2005/QĐ-TTg dated January 17, 2005 of the Prime Minister.

Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 5. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
