REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES; THE LIST OF ELECTION UNITS AND
THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE

WHEREAS APPROVE THE QUANTITY OF 45 (FORTY-FIVE) TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DEPUTIES, 18 (EIGHTEEN) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE TRA VINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE QUANG NINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. APPROVE THE NUMBER OF SEVENTY (70) PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES, TWENTY-EIGHT (28) ELECTION UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE ELECTED IN EACH ELECTION UNIT FOR THE QUANG NINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL DELEGATES (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE QUANG NINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE BOARD OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
