THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
WHEREAS Decree No. 63/2003/ND-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
CONSIDERING the Report No. 1029/TT-UB dated May 5, 2005 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the dossier on cultural relics;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECISION:
Article 1. Classification of national monuments: Archaeological and Architectural Art Relic Site Mr. Ba, Archaeological Site Village Beach, Tomb of the Early Scholar, Forbidden Village Well, Ancestral Temple of Bird Nest Craft, Hai Tang Pagoda, Fishermen's Village Chief Tomb, Thua Thien Hue City, Quang Nam Province
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map delineating the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the archaeological and architectural art relic sites Mr. Ba, Village Beach Archaeological Site, Tomb of the Early Scholar, Forbidden Village Well, Ancestral Temple of Bird Nest Craft, Hai Tang Pagoda, Fishermen's Village Chief Tomb within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
