Decision No. 96/TM-XNK Issuing the List of Prohibited Export and Import Goods

This Decision issues the list of prohibited export and import goods, effective from April 1, 1995. It applies to all forms of export and import and is implemented by competent agencies of the Ministry of Trade and legal entities and individuals.

REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE LIST OF GOODS PROHIBITED FROM EXPORT AND IMPORT

ARTICLE 

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Article 5 of Decision No. 752/TTg dated December 10, 1994 of the Prime Minister on commodity policy and management of export-import activities in 1995;

Pursuant to the opinion of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 294/KTTH dated January 19, 1995;

DECISION:

Article 1. NOW PUBLISHES HEREBY ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION:

List of goods prohibited from export and import

Article 2. This list applies to all forms of export and import and takes effect from April 1, 1995.

Article 3. Competent agencies under the Ministry of Trade and legal entities, natural persons engaged in export and import activities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 4. This list replaces the "List of Goods Prohibited from Export and Import" issued together with Decision No. 238/TM-XNK dated March 24, 1994 of the Ministry of Trade./.
