Issuing the Program of Action of the Government on the Development of Services for the Period 2009-2011

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2008/NQ-CP dated January 11, 2008 of the Government issuing the Program of Action of the Government for the term 2007-2011;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Program of Action of the Government on the Development of Services for the Period 2009-2011 is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 1, 2009.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
