THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Form Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 61/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 10, 2012, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010 stipulating the organization, operation, and management of associations; Government Decree No. 33/2012/ND-CP dated April 13, 2012 amending and supplementing certain articles of Government Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 8/1998/ND-CP dated January 22, 1998 promulgating the Regulation on the Establishment of Foreign Business Associations in Vietnam;
Based on the consensus opinion of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Justice, considering the proposal of the Formation Promotion Board of the Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association is a social-professional organization, organized and operating under Vietnamese law and the Statutes of the Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, subject to state management by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and other relevant ministries and agencies related to the field of activity of the Association.
The Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association has legal personality, its own seal and separate account, self-funding its expenses, premises, and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Formation Promotion Board of the Association, the Chairman of the Vietnam Motorcycle Manufacturers Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
